AXMIN Files Second quarter report 2007 and confirms that it has no exposure to asset backed commercial paper

Toronto, Ontario – Aug 24, 07, AXMIN Inc. (AXM-TSX Venture) is pleased to announce the filing of its second quarter report for the six months ended June 30, 2007. The full report can be viewed on the Company’s website (www.axmininc.com) and on the SEDAR website (www.sedar.com). In addition, management confirms that the Company has no exposure to Canadian Asset Backed Commercial Paper ("ABCP"). As at June 30, 2007 the Company had cash of US$24.669 million held primarily in deposit and term deposit accounts with its principal bankers.
