AXMIN issuance of stock options

Toronto, Ontario – Dec 05, 07, AXMIN Inc. (AXM-TSX Venture) is pleased to announce the grant on December 3, 2007 of stock options for 200,000 common shares of the Company exercisable at Cdn$0.77 each expiring on December 2, 2012. All of these stock options have been awarded to independent directors of the Company. These stock options have been granted in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan 2005. Immediately following this award of stock options the Company had on issue and outstanding stock options for 9,422,500 common shares of the Company and there were 12,025,823 common shares of the Company reserved for issuance under the Stock Option Plan 2005.
